Emily's 60- to 90-minute Mindfully-Informed workshops for companies and other organizations help individuals learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and why it is so important. In these interactive sessions, Emily guides participants through experiential mindfulness exercises, helping them walk away with tangible tools to understand and improve their performance as team members, manage personal stress, become aware of their energy and intentions and create a more connected and aware professional environment.
Mindfully-Informed Coaching
Emily provides mindfulness coaching to companies seeking to improve employee wellbeing, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics. Through one-on-one or small-group sessions, she helps individuals develop tools to manage stress, enhance focus, and respond to challenges with clarity and resilience. Her coaching supports a more thoughtful, connected, and sustainable workplace culture.
IndividuaL Therapy
Emily believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective psychotherapy. She works collaboratively with her adult clients to create a safe, trusting a environment where meaningful growth can take place.
